4.5 Other correspondence or interaction (for example by email, telephone, post, SMS or via our website) between you and INFINOX, will include personal information (such as names and contact details) in that correspondence. Please note that INFINOX only transfers personal information to organisations outside the EEA if INFINOX has assessed the organisation as having appropriate controls and safeguards in place to protect your personal data.
