1. What is the Infinox Loyalty Program?

The Infinox Loyalty Program rewards you with IX Coins and IX Points for trading and completing quests. IX Coins can be redeemed for rewards, while IX Points build your ranking and tier.

1. What are IX Coins?

IX Coins are a spendable loyalty currency. You earn them through trading and quests and redeem them in the Infinox Rewards Store for products, perks, and exclusive experiences.

2. What are IX Points?

IX Points represent your progress and ranking. They cannot be spent and are used for tiers, leaderboards, and eligibility for competitions.

3. What is the difference between IX Coins and IX Points?

IX Coins: Spendable currency used to redeem rewards. Balance increases or decreases based on your redemptions.
IX Points: Accumulative score used for ranking and tiers. The balance only goes up and is never spent.

1. How do I earn IX Coins and IX Points?

You earn them through trading volume, completing milestone quests, mini-games, social media quests, login and trading streaks, leaving reviews, and referring new clients.

2. How much do I earn from trading?

For every 100,000 USD in notional trading volume, you earn 100 IX Coins and 100 IX Points.

3. When are they credited?

Your IX Coins and IX Points from trading are calculated daily and awarded the next day.

4. Which instruments count?

All supported instruments that generate notional trading volume (FX, commodities, indices, crypto) count toward your IX Coins and IX Points.

1. What are Infinox Loyalty Tiers?

Tiers (Bronze → VIP) are based on your rolling 90-day notional trading volume. Higher tiers unlock larger boosts and access to more exclusive rewards.

2. How is my tier calculated?

Your tier is based on the last 90 days of trading volume, updated daily. As your rolling volume changes, your tier may go up or down.

3. What are Tier Boosts?

Tier Boosts add extra IX Coins and IX Points on top of your base earnings. They range from 0% at Bronze to 25% at VIP.

4. What are Balance Boosters?

Balance Boosters provide daily percentage increases based on your account balance, up to 25%.

5. Do Boosters stack?

Yes. Tier Boosts and Balance Boosters stack for up to 50% extra IX Coins and IX Points.

1. What can I redeem with IX Coins?

A wide selection of rewards, including Infinox merchandise, electronics, luxury experiences, vacations, gold bars, VIP events, and more (availability varies by tier and region).

2. How do I redeem a reward?

Open the Infinox Rewards Store, choose a reward, and confirm your redemption. IX Coins will be deducted from your balance.

3. How long does delivery take?

An Infinox representative will contact you within 3 business days. Physical items may take up to 2 weeks depending on logistics.

4. Does spending IX Coins affect my tier?

No. IX Coins are independent of your tier and IX Points.

1. What are Social Quests?

Quests that reward you for connecting and engaging with Infinox’s social media platforms.

2. What is the Trading Streak Quest (1M Club)?

The 1M Club rewards you for trading 1M USD in notional value daily and maintaining a streak. Milestones unlock badges and increasing rewards.

3. What other quests exist?

Login streaks, Jack of All Trades, reviews (“The Advocate”), trading streaks, milestone quests, Social Quests, referral quests, and more.

4. Can I earn rewards by referring traders?

Yes. Successful referrals earn additional IX Coins and IX Points.

5. What are mini-games?

Mini-games like Spin-The-Wheel and daily challenges offer extra IX Coins and IX Points.
