1. General These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply when a Participant registers for a demo trading account with INFINOX and joins the Promotion (the “Contest”). Participation in this demo competition is completely free. However, in order to claim any prizes, the Participant must have a verified live account with INFINOX. By participating in this Promotion, which is organised by INFINOX, Participants agree to be bound by these Rules. All capitalised but undefined terms will be deemed to have the same meaning as given to such terms in your Client Agreement.

2. Eligibility To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must fulfil the following criteria:

• 2.1 This promotion is only open to verified participants from Vite Capital who have been approved by the INFINOX compliance team to hold a demo account.
• 2.2 You must opt-in to take part in the competition.
• 2.3 Only one entry per participant will be accepted.

3. Promotion details This Promotion is subject to the following details:

• 3.1 The trading competition will take place between March 16, 2026 and April 15, 2026.
• 3.2. Participants must opt-in to be part of this promotion by signing up via this page
• 3.3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of that offer.
• 3.4 INFINOX reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
• 3.5. The Participant should read the terms and conditions carefully and follow these rules. Ignorance of the terms cannot serve as a valid argument when submitting a claim.
• 3.6. By accepting and proceeding with this Promotion, you have agreed to be bound by these Rules as well as the relevant Client Agreement with INFINOX. If any provisions of these Rules conflict with any provisions of your Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall prevail.
• 3.7 The promotion applies to individual demo trading account.
• 3.8 The competition rankings table will be maintained on this page and will be updated 12 times per day everyday league table
• 3.9 The final standings will be confirmed within 48 hours after the competition ends, and winners will be contacted directly using the information on record.
• 3.10 All tradeable instruments will be counted towards the competition.
• 3.11 The competition will be on MT5 Server.
• 3.12 Your demo account credentials will be provided on the official start date of the competition, regardless of when you registered.

4. Credit

• 4.1 Credit can not be used at any point or in conjunction with this competition.

5. Prizes

• 5.1 The table below summarises the prizes available as part of the trading competition.
• Highest Profit ratio(ROI)

• 5.2 In addition, the top three winners will receive a Strategy Provider profile on the copy trading "IX Social" platform, and by doing so, they acknowledge and accept the platform's terms and conditions.
• 5.3 Competition winners will be notified using the contact information provided to coordinate the prize allocation.
• 5.4 Winners of the competition agree that their names and results may be published on INFINOX’s official social media channels and on the website, in the “Voices of our champions” section, as part of the contest promotion.
• 5.5 The prize can only be claimed after participants have successfully created a Real trading account with INFINOX and completed the document verification process.
• 5.6 INFINOX reserves the right to withhold prizes if it believes that the criteria has not been fully met subject to a full review upon a request or claim received to do so.
• 5.7 Prizes will be allocated within a maximum of 30 days once your Infinox profile has been verified and a live trading account has been created.

6. Miscellaneous

• 6.1 We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, these Rules, and any other related matters. Exceptions to these Rules are at the discretion of INFINOX management, and our decision will be final.
• 6.2 We will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of your participation in this Promotion.
• 6.3 The Promotion is considered the property of INFINOX.
• 6.4 Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by our management in the fairest way possible, and such decision shall be final and binding.
• 6.5 This Promotion may be revoked or withdrawn for any Participant who abuses the spirit or intent of the competition. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts to gain an advantage, manipulating results, or any attempt to obtain an unfair benefit in the competition. In cases of suspected fraud or unfair advantage, we may cancel the Promotion.
• 6.6 If any part of these Rules becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable at any time, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• 6.7 Trading in the Forex and CFD markets involves significant risk. Participation should only be considered with a full understanding of those risks. This Promotion should not be a motivating factor for entering the markets.

7. Claims
